CEMASTEA hosted a 5-day STEM Boot Camp at its Karen campus from Tuesday 7th April 2026, bringing together learners from Grade 4 through Form 4 for an immersive programme in coding, robotics, and STEM mentorship.
The boot camp is part of CEMASTEA's wider strategy to nurture the next generation of innovators and problem-solvers by exposing learners to hands-on experiences that connect classroom science and mathematics with real-world application.
Learners participated in sessions on block and text-based programming, electronics, 3D design, and collaborative problem-solving challenges — facilitated by CEMASTEA trainers and invited industry mentors.
Dr. Pius Mutisya engages learners during one of the mentorship sessions.
Mrs. Gladys Masai interacts with participants at a robotics station.
The camp closed with a learner showcase where teams presented their prototypes and digital projects to parents, partners and the media.
